In 1998 Paul moved his family to Phoenix, AZ to work with Daum Commercial Real Estate to take advantage of the expanding Arizona economy. In 2002 he moved over to NAI Horizon where he teamed up with Cathy Jones to form the Investment Services Group, “ISG” the #1 NAI brokerage team in Las Vegas and Phoenix specializing in the sale and acquisition of investment properties for private capital clients. In 2006 Paul formed Sun Commercial Real Estate with Cathy Jones and together they continue to operate their investment team, the Investment Services Group, focusing on commercial investment transactions for both institutional and private capital clients. While involved in all aspects of an investment transaction Paul usually focusses on the underwriting, valuation, documentation, escrow, due diligence review and closing.
