BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

During Mr. Fritz’s 10+ year career, he has specialized in the representation of commercial property owners throughout the sales process. He is an integral part of the Investment Services Group that has successfully closed over $1.4 Billion dollars’ worth of commercial real estate transactions across the retail, office, industrial, hospitality and land markets. Notable transactions Mr. Fritz has generated include:

  • Acuity Financial Center – 60K SF Class B Office – $12,700,000
  • Walnut Business Center – 90K SF Industrial Park – $5,150,000
  • Ann Decatur Marketplace – 24K SF Grocery Anchored Retail – $7,130,000

Prior to Sun Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Fritz was an acquisitions director for Calvary Capital, a private equity firm focused on value-add and core-plus real estate. The firm acquired over $400 million dollars of retail, office and multi-family real estate in Las Vegas and select nationwide markets over a 4-year period

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS & DESIGNATIONS

Mr. Fritz is an active member of the Las Vegas Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) chapter, chairing the programs committee which hosts monthly luncheons of trending commercial real estate topics that attracts hundreds of the leading commercial real estate professionals. In 2015 Mr. Fritz was recognized as the Outstanding Committee Member of the Year. Furthermore, Mr. Fritz is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

EDUCATION

Mr. Fritz attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with additional concentrations in Accounting and Economics. He is currently in the process of earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

OTHER INTERESTS

Mr. Fritz resides in Las Vegas with his wife Erica and their son. He played professional football in Germany as a Safety for multiple years. Although he grew up outside of Chicago, Mr. Fritz is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Additionally, he donates his time as a teacher for Junior Achievement (JA) whose mission is to prepare students to succeed in a global economy through financial literacy.
