LAS VEGAS (November 16, 2016) —Sun Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced today the closing of the following transactions:

The Lease with Rambridge Wholesale International, LLC was completed on October 3rd. The 12,000 square-foot industrial space is located at 1051 Mary Crest Road, Suite N, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $435,773.88.  Michael Brazill and Jon Willis of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, Rambridge Wholesale International, LLC and Danielle Steffen of Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce represented the Landlord, 1051 Mary Crest LLC.

The Lease with Norm’s LLC was completed on October 3rd. The 2,000 square-foot retail space is located at 3945 S. Durango Drive, Ste. A1, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $238,296.59.  Michael Brazill of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, Norm’s LLC.

The Lease with Textbroker International, LLC was completed on July 25th. The 6,250 square-foot office space is located at 8076 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite C, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $216,000.00.  Cassie Catania-Hsu, Jodi Gilbert and Dylan Weber of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Sahara Plaza, LLC and Logic Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant, Textbroker International, LLC.

The Lease with RCC Holdings, LLC/Primera was completed on November 1st. The 2,800 square-foot retail space is located at 6275 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $130,473.27.  Paul Chaffee, Wil Chaffee, Jodi Gilbert and Dylan Weber of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, RCC Holdings LLC/Primera and Lisa Chasteen of LaPour represented the Landlord, Rainbow Post, LLC.
