LAS VEGAS (March 27, 2015) —Sun Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced today the closing of the following transactions:

The sale of a medical office building to Laurie and Bob Kicks closed on March 25th. The 7,942 square-foot property is located at 5895 Kyle Parkway, Kyle TX. The total value of the transaction was $4,671,519.00. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, Roy Fritz, and Riley Foley of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Buyer, Laurie and Bob Kicks and Steve Schreiber of Embree Asset Group Inc. represented the Seller, FM-Kyle, TX-1-UT, LLC.

The sale of 1.87 Acres to Chabbad of Green Valley closed on March 23rd. The parcel is located east of the corner of Carnegie St. and Kenneth Ave., APN 178-30-202-014. The total value of the transaction was $690,000.00. Michael T. Brazill of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Buyer, Chabbad of Green Valley and Michael Stuart of Colliers International represented the Seller, 5802 & Acquisitions, LLC.

The sale of an industrial building to Marek A. Panasewicz closed on March 2nd. The 4,086 square-foot property is located at 1991 Whitney Mesa Dr. The total value of the transaction was $320,000.00. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, Roy Fritz, and Riley Foley of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, TCWM LLC and Shawn Barashy of Lee & Associates represented the Buyer, Mark A. Panasewicz.

The 62-month lease with KTR Capital Partners and Lone Mountain Excavation was completed on March 17th. The 9,870 square-foot industrial building is located at 7350 Dean Martin Dr., #310. The total value of the transaction was $410,772.77. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, Roy Fritz, and Riley Foley of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, Lone Mountain Excavation and Jeremy Green of CBRE represented the Landlord, KTR Capital Partners.

The 60-month lease with NAKP Investments, LLC and Walker Engineering, LLC was completed on March 19th. The 5,267 square-foot office building is located at 5765 S. Rainbow Blvd., #101 & 102. The total value of the transaction was $372,903.60. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, Roy Fritz, and Riley Foley of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, NAKP Investments, LLC and the Tenant was not represented.

The 62-month lease with Lady Luck LLC and Freeway Insurance was completed on March 11th. The 1,911 square-foot retail building is located at 175 N. Stephanie St., #120. The total value of the transaction was $154,791.00. C. Roger Jeffries III of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Lady Luck LLC and the Tenant was not represented.
