The Lease with Karl M Larsen, OD LTD was completed on April 27, 2017. The 2,500 square-foot office space is located at 8660 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Ste 120, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $224,047.44.  Paul Chaffee and Wil Chaffee of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, North Denver Industrial, LLC & Broomfield Drugstore, LLC.

The Lease with Allstate Insurance was completed on April 1, 2017. The 2,094 square-foot office space is located at 1291 Galleria Drive, Ste 125, Henderson, NV. The total value of the transaction was $263,383.32.  Paul Chaffee and Wil Chaffee of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, SF Galleria, LLC and CBRE represented the Tenant.

The Lease with Lumamedia International was completed on April 1, 2017. The 3,200 square-foot industrial space is located at 3425 W. Lake Mead, Ste 110, North Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $136,805.80.  Michael Brazill and Jon Willis of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, Lumamedia International and Griffis Realty Investments represented the Landlord, J & S H Family LP.
