The Sale of APNs 125-35-101-001 & 125-35-101-002 was completed on February 28, 2017. The 1.64 acre parcels are located on the SEC of Rainbow Boulevard and Ann Road, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $1,400,000.00. Rob Moore and Matt Patros of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Rainbow Ann 1 LLC and Northcap Commercial represented the Buyer, Herbst Development LLC.

The Sale of an Industrial Building was completed on February 24, 2017. The 8,750 square-foot building is located at 4224 Wynn Road, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $1,100,000.00.Tim Behrendt, Lisa Hauger, and Tim Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Dragon & Phoenix Comm LLC and the Buyer, Boarsk Leasing NV, LLC was not represented.

The Lease with Seanbeau LLC was completed on February 15, 2017. The 3,215 square-foot retail space is located at 8125 W. Sahara Avenue, Ste#110, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $348,206.28.  Rob Moore, Matt Patros and Jon Willis of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, Seanbeau LLC and Dunbar CRE represented the Landlord, The West Sahara Promenade Company LLC.

The Lease with Patel Educational Services Inc. was completed on February 1, 2017. The 2,350 square-foot office space is located at 7881 W. Charleston Boulevard, Ste #175, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $156,392.50.  Paul Chaffee and Wil Chaffee of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Howe Family L.P. and the Amidan Group represented the Tenant, Patel Educational Services Inc.

The Lease with Southwest Pension Services, Inc. was completed on February 1, 2017. The 1,604 square-foot office space is located at 6625 W. Sahara Avenue, Ste #P009, Las Vegas, NV. The total value of the transaction was $118,422.60.  Lisa Hauger, Tim Behrendt and Tim Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, Southwest Pension Services, Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield Commerce represented the Landlord, Pacific Peninsula LLC.
