Background & Experience

Tim Behrendt has been an active Broker/Salesperson/Property Manager in the Las Vegas Valley since 1994 and a valued brokerage member of Sun Commercial since 2014. His career includes 38 plus years of experience in the real estate arena including both commercial and 22 years in residential. Tim is also a landlord with 2 multi-tenant industrial properties, totaling 50,000 square feet, resulting in an understanding of all facets of transactions, landlord issues, tenant issues, and tenant retention.

Tim has a true passion for the business and prides himself in providing excellent service to all of his clients. His areas of specialty include office, retail, and industrial. Utilizing his extensive knowledge, Tim is able to represent both tenant and landlords with his unique ability to find the perfect solution for his client needs. Tim’s knowledge and experience in acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, REO’s, and leasing set him apart from others. He will not stop until the job is done.

Professional Affiliations & Designations

Tim has served as Treasurer for the Commercial Division of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and President for the Nevada Manufactured Housing Association. He has also served as Chairman for Clark County Planning Commission and Nevada Manufactured Housing Association.

Tim’s current memberships include National Association of Realtors, Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Nevada Association of Realtors, The Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada, Commercial Alliance Division, International Association of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Las Vegas Rotary Club, Mensa, and Commercial Marketing Group.

Education

Tim has a bachelor’s degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and an associates degree in Business/Economics where he maintained the Honor Society and Dean’s List Membership for all semesters.
