Background & ExperienceA resident since 1998, Mr. Chaffee brings over a decade of Real Estate experience to his position at Sun Commercial, having previously served as a partner with NAI Vegas. Prior to that, his tenure as a senior advisor with a National Brokerage Firm brought him recognition as one of the “Top 100”, where he maintained a spot in the top 10% producers for the company. He began his career in residential sales, changing to the commercial arena in 2004 where he focused his efforts on the sales and leasing of industrial/office properties, having later changed his concentration to the distressed asset market.
Mr. Chaffee’s extensive experience includes Seller/Landlord and Buyer/Tenant representation, sales and leasing negotiations, and strategic planning and needs analysis with a strong focus on Landlord/Owner representation. Wil brings a wealth of local market knowledge and experience to his position at Sun Commercial. His dedication to fulfilling the client’s needs is the foundation for long-standing business relationships which withstand the constantly shifting market.
